Proof of homeowner's insurance for the home you are purchasing.
Bank statements for the most recent two months for all accounts.
The most recent statement for any Retirement/IRA/401K accounts.
Copies of your I.D. and proof of Social Security Number (SS Card or W-2)
All paystubs covering the most recent 30 day period.
College transcripts if you do not have a two year job history and have been attending school.
Federal tax returns for the most recent two years, including all schedules, W2s/1099s.
Documentation supporting other income being used for qualification. See your lender for specific requirements.
Physical address history for the most recent two year period. If you rented, you will need to provide the landlord's name and phone number.
Employment history for the past two years.
Divorce Decrees, if applicable for all borrowers within the last 10 years.
Full Bankruptcy Discharge paperwork, if applicable for all borrowers in the last 10 years.
Closing Statement or Relocation Buyout Agreement for any current property that you may be selling prior to buying your new home.
